@Weatherhack @BryanTweed16 Agreed. If you haven’t played it do it with someone special. The only rub is that if you want a guaranteed booking you have to stay on site (or Spanish) and I’ve heard it is a 2 night minimum. It’s well over $1000 per person with everything factored in but if you can swing it…

@BigBlueGolf18 @Mike_kim714 @AndyTFE 3 times. Bucket list course that you should play once. Greens are very small and the holes outside of the ones I mentioned don't seem very special. Last time I played it was because I around an 11. Probably wouldn't play it again until I am single digit to break into the 70s.

@caddietales It’s a lot of fun when you play it for the first time. Subsequent rounds made me realize that 6-10, 17-18 are really good holes but the others feel like nothing special. Price to play is worth it the first time but seems too high to play it again with any regularity.

@ecgandrhythmRoe Large LAD territory based on the elevation. The reciprocal changes in the inferior leads is very subtle.

This will never be resolved as there are no direct studies that compare each of these diets in their purest form. I think CAC is a powerful tool to assess long term risk and should not be discounted whatsoever. It is about being metabolically healthy at this point. If you have certain higher risk markers such as elevated CAC, low HDL or strong family history then it is likely not a good diet for you. If you have none of those and it gets you metabolically healthy then it is very reasonable. If your APO B is elevated mitigate the risk with a statin.

@Top100Rick Agreed. Just a run of the mill desert course. Last 4-5 holes are excellent though. You’re paying that price for 16 and it looks totally different without the stadium. However, there are those that will pay that price.

@AproxieETH My club has a great course and it’s not nearly that much. We still hit off mats but there a level above the typical.
