An FAA pilot medical cert and standard is the law and public policy. All airlines violated the law when demanded the jabs of their pilots.

Here is the FAA Surgeon General, Dr. Susan Northrup, who continues to refuse to investigate aviation law violations. She personally shelved an active investigation. Corruption comes in many colours. Previous to that, she clearly supported the Biden White House. She must go.

They must follow the rule of law and the rules of their certificate which, We the People, issue to them. Airline pilots are roughly 0.03 % of the US population and we move the nation. Violating the FAA pilot medical certification standards and process, by imposing any medical treatment under threat, adversely impacts the NAS by introducing a threat to aviation. The FAA Surgeon General, Dr. Susan Northrup, must be relieved from her duties. She is a threat to aviation.

.. @SecDuffy @JDVance Airlines, aircraft manufacturers, and pilot unions, collectively invaded Public Policy of FAA pilot medical certification and standards by intimidating, threatening, assaulting, and interfering in crewmember duties when demanding the covid jabs. The results are detrimental to the pilots and the NAS. The FAA is refusing to investigate aviation law violations.
