Sometimes it's okay to tell someone white lies for the sake of politeness. If an obviously obese woman asks me to my face "do I look fat in these jeans" I'm going to tell her "of course not," even though we both know the obvious truth. She just wants a little validation. This is how I see the pronoun issue. It's not compelled speech. It's just being civil.

.@elonmusk is being falsely smeared. Elon is a great friend of Israel. He visited Israel after the October 7 massacre in which Hamas terrorists committed the worst atrocity against the Jewish people since the Holocaust. He has since repeatedly and forcefully supported Israelβs right to defend itself against genocidal terrorists and regimes who seek to annihilate the one and only Jewish state. I thank him for this.

@Laya99247058 @wil_da_beast630 The only other thing I would say is that while you are trying to lose weight, try to drink only water. No sodas and absolutely no alcohol. These just counteract everything you do, and make exercise more difficult.

But you CAN avoid the wrong foods. You CAN choose to go for a run instead of scrolling through TikTok . You CAN build habits that last beyond any weightloss goals you have. It just takes willingness to change, and discipline. I don't know the percentages, but I know people do it. I'm one of them.

Always have bags of carrots, mini cucumbers, celery, things like that on hand. These have next to zero calories so you can snack on them almost endlessly.
