Check out our new paper! We introduce surface maps that model continuous probabilities of expected surfaces in scenes & combine them with meaning maps to predict where viewers fixate. Excited & proud of this work. @deb_cronin @JhendersonIMB @TRH_PhD

Check out our paper and prez at ETRA this week! We find that eye movements are sensitive to input recognition errors in virtual reality which gives them the potential to be used in adaptive error mediation.

New paper! "Gaze as an indicator of input recognition error" will be presented tomorrow by @CandacePeacock1 at #ETRA2022! Gaze can be used to rapidly discriminate true positive input from input errors, suggesting potential for adaptive error mediation.

Check our new paper. We find that (surprisingly) despite all the other constraints on search, that meaning continues to guide attention during visual search in scenes.
