And that is at the present time impossible, because that would require 2/3 of both houses AND ratification by 3/4 of the states. None of that is gonna happen now.

It’s that Biden chose to announce them; pocket pardons are a thing, and had he gone that route, the only way we’d ever hear about them is if Trump found out that unannounced pardons had been given, and then looked into them.
