@hawkofkrypton He brings something that Lois cannot because she’s the love interest: a regular, normal, platonic friendship. Losing Jimmy also means Lois loses one of her best assets in her investigative journalism: a photographer that she trusts to back her both in public and in the office.

@hawkofkrypton @Head_yunatic That’s because Jimmy has frequently been used as a plot device to keep the story moving or add an element of danger to the situation without always leaning on Lois. It doesn’t make sense to see Lois as important but not Jimmy.

@hahnalytics @MaislinJ @waltermasterson One country forcing another country’s people off their land is a form of genocide. If anyone doesn’t believe me, go ask some Armenians.

@SBMTGDev Seems like cards with multiple card types are the way to go to get the most out of the ability for as little cost as possible. Which means it should play very well with this:

@DanSlott @Bryon102483 @JazzMazza @ComicGirlAshley First, yes, I agree that any honest reading of your material shows that he still feels guilty about what happened. But also, he said you name once and straight-up *summoned* you. Wasn’t even Beetlejuice-style. This was Joe Hendry-style.

@white_john58118 @ilario82 @stillgray I don’t disagree that the elite are in general corrupted. Where you and I disagree is the form that corruption has taken.

@white_john58118 @ilario82 @stillgray Why, when current events are actively proving me right? If there was such a cabal, they would have to simultaneously be powerful enough to control the entire country, and weak enough to not be able to stop a pair of rich fools from ruining their work. It doesn’t add up.

@AnthonySev64889 @BernalManny @CatgirlErika Her follow-up reply clarified that her actual reasons are more complicated than that. She just said that was why to her father to make him shut up about it for good. And apparently, it worked.

@Kilometers_Kph @esjesjesj Brandishing has a very specific definition, and this person in the image is not fulfilling that definition. They are merely open carrying that AK, which is legal in Wisconsin.

@white_john58118 @ilario82 @stillgray …amendment to the US Constitution because the pardon power is given by the Constitution in the first place. And that is at the present time impossible, because that would require 2/3 of both houses AND ratification by 3/4 of the states. None of that is gonna happen now.

@white_john58118 @ilario82 @stillgray Honestly, the surprising part isn’t that they happened. It’s that Biden chose to announce them; pocket pardons are a thing, and had he gone that route, the only way we’d ever hear about them is if Trump found out that unannounced pardons had been given, and then looked into them.
