This is one of the last best picture noms I need to see, and I'm quite upset this probably won't end up playing anywhere near me. Nickle Boys is on digital, so I can watch that this weekend, but I have no idea if I'll be able to watch this before the Oscars.

@HollowfoxAlt I agree with your second point which is why I go to see those movies. Again, people don’t hate live action. A majority of the films being released are live action films.

Yikes, so it is going to be a shot for shot remake. Besides money, why make this if you aren’t going to do anything different? Pretty much any anticipation I had for this movie (not that I had a lot to begin with) is gone.
How to Train Your Dragon currently has a runtime of 1 hour, 56 minutes. Dean DeBlois, director of the original animated movie and the live-action remake, says they barely changed the script. He and Mason Thames of on @PhaseHero today!
