My panel on BL fandom & slash fanfiction filled a 300 seat room 😭❤️🙏 thank you to everyone who came and supported me at my panels, I’ll think about this moment whenever I need a confidence boost. I’m still shocked by the turnout & so, so happy 💖
Here is my schedule for @Katsucon! My first panel explores devotion in fandom (mainly kpop & jpop idol fandom) using classical sociology theory. Later, I'll be discussing my ongoing research on BL media and slash fanfic. If you're going to Katsu, I hope to see you there! 💖✨

@aliciaandrz I’ve been there (as the student) and I can tell you that the student you comforted will always remember your kindness ❤️ I will never forget how afterwards the professor walked me back to class and sent me in feeling confident!
