We had a jam packed initial Active Menopause session this evening with 27 women present. Learning about diet and nutrition and the importance of strength based exercises was a real eye opener for many of us. Thanks to Active Together, LLR Mind, Age UK, Active Charnwood.

We were so pleased to be able to welcome @JohnnyMercerUK to meet with the veterans we support at our Veterans Wellbeing Hub. He heard about their experiences and how the hub has helped them. He heard how it’s saved some of their lives too which was humbling to hear.

@VeteransGovUK Op Fortitude isn’t for families and we are seeing Service leavers and their families finding themselves homeless because they haven’t been given the news that social housing isn’t readily available on discharge? Defence Transition Service see lots of these cases too.
