Our First Amendment Clinic has been hard at work in recent weeks on a federal civil rights lawsuit. The lawsuit centers around an incident during a City Council meeting, where a Cleveland resident alleges he was unjustly silenced.
President Eric W. Kaler and Provost Joy K. Ward have announced that Paul Rose, associate dean for strategic initiatives at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, will be the next dean of Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
