It’s true. Even though Iron Man 3 came out 3 years before Riri Williams was created in the comics, they really messed up by not including her.
This kid in Iron Man 3 should’ve been replaced by Riri Williams. Imagine this being a young girl who helps out Tony Stark and by the end of it she’s inspired to be just like him. Then we don’t see her until she’s grown up and attending M.I.T. in Wakanda Forever.

In 1988, DC had 54 artists draw this mural for their NY offices. It’s gone now but I’m glad I saw it in person. The late Ramona Fradon on Metamorpho. Kirby on Darkseid. Swan on Superman. Pérez, Kane, Steranko, Adams, Starlin, Aparo, Sienkiewicz, Chaykin, Gibbons, many more!

Around 2003 in Chile, when the original trilogy of Star Wars began airing on television there, they did this funny thing to avoid cutting to commercial breaks. They stitched the commercials into the films themselves. Here is one of them, with the English dub added in.

Christian Cooper, the birdwatcher who dealt with a Karen calling 911 on him, got a National Geographic show about birding and he just won an Emmy. He wrote comics and has introduced a number of LGBTQ characters. He was an associate editor on Alpha Flight when Northstar came out.

Two days ago, on June 8th, my husband, Ben Potter, passed away in an unfortunate accident. To many of you, he was Comicstorian, voicing stories from across multiple different mediums. To his loved ones, he was one of the best and most supportive individuals anyone could ask for.
