Guys you DON’T have TIME to just sit about watching movies for 2+ hours a day.
DO SOMETHING, build a social media account, go to the gym, meet new people or go new places.

If you don’t feel like going to the gym, try this trick.
Drive there, walk in and try to leave.
You won’t, because you’ll look like a loser and you’ll feel like one too.
Which means there’s only one option left… working out.
Networking is underrated.
Everyone says it but no one actually applies it, if you have a question about money or fitness, it takes 2 seconds just ask your network.
Maybe you need a gym to record a video, 2 seconds later you got it.

When I was younger I thought by working out everyday, hitting the gym 4 hours a day would get me big.
The only thing it got me was a fuck tun of experiences and injuries.
Work hard and smart. Don’t just be a meathead like younger me.
Think less act more.

Act and figure it out as you go, staying in the same place is worse than moving 1 step.

Illness is an increase of inflammation in the body.
If you decrease inflammation you’ll get rid of your sickness.

I encourage everyone to listen to their diet, a carnivore diet works amazing for me but I wouldn’t recommend it to everyone.
Trial and error with diets and specific foods. Most importantly you have to listen to what your body needs.
To be good at sales, your offer should be more beneficial to the customer than the sale is to you.
Provide enormous amounts of value that changes peoples life. And all you get is money.
Change more lives = get more money.
