Us taking Gaza; Trump flipped the board and forces palestinians & arab countries to show their intent For decades the mantra internationally was, a two state solution will be the answer, and bring peace For decades palestinians both said they were in an open air prison in gaza and wanted to be able to leave,, at the same time they claimed Gaza is their land and they belong there. They are now faced with the chance to leave which will expose the palestinian lie. The lie of a made up identity by a people who are migrant workers form other countries who were weaponised against the state of Israel. To accomplish what they couldnt do in 1948 and what they call the nakba (which was actually an attempted genocide on the jewish people that failed). If they say no to this offer to leave Gaza it shatters their claim of Gaza being an open air prison and wanting to leave. If they leave it shatters their claim of Gaza being their land. The arab solidarity lie and the palestinian lie Arab countries supported the palestinian lie and said they were in solidarity with palestinians and concerned for their human rights. Well, if they were so concerned for palestinians welfare and were honest in their solidarity you would expect them to open their borders now for them and roll out the red carpet. But they are not doing that. They are loudly protesting the plans, some call it even ethnic cleansing. It is now they are showing their true colors. There never was concern for the well being of palestinians, there never was solidarity. Palestinians were and are weaponised by the arab world against Israel to keep the conflict going as a constant challenge to Israel's legitimacy. Egypt demanded Israel return all the egyptian lands they conquered while defending themselves against the arab armies. All land? No, Egypt didnt want Gaza back, the Gaza strip that egypt conquered illegally in 1948. Israel insisted that Egypt take it back but Egypt refused. It was convenient for Egypt to leave Gaza under Israeli control in the hope it would be a constant thorn in Israel's side and a threat. and yes it has been exactly that. Cause hamas and the gazans werent interested in building a nation of their own, they were more interested in destroying Israel. In the discussions internationally about what to do with postwar Gaza many countries insisted the palestinian authority should take over. Something that is unacceptable to israel as the PA is as hostile and genocidal as hamas is, they only go about it a different way, they put a bounty on every jew, as they offer cash for life for every jew killed by palestinians. After october 7th also it was unacceptable to have hamas continue to rule Gaza. one of the war goals is to remove Hamas from power in Gaza. So Hamas and the Pa are not option. Other options mentioned were to maybe form a governing body with constructive regional partners and other international partners. but this led nowhere as regional partners refused. Trump's plan So enter Trump who saw these options would never happen. And his team crafted as the WSJ reports in secret a plan to take over control of Gaza themselves and relocate the population. A Us take over of Gaza circumvents the arab obstruction to a solution for Gaza, it also avoids the predictable outcry and rage of Israeli rule. And US rule will be hard to challenge. The plan will removes a constant threat on Israel's south western border, at the same time Egypt will be blocked from intervening as they wont dare to attack us forces in Gaza. The plan also offers the US something very valuable. a foothold of their own in the middle east where they could establish a military base and naval port in the mediterranean sea close to hotspots like the Suez canal, Turkey and Syria, Yemen and Iran. They would not be a guest in someone elses country with the risk of being restricted in their operations nor having the risk of being kicked out. They would have maximum freedom of operations in a Gaza strip they administer. Yes the US has bases in Iraq, syria, Kuwait, UAE and Saudi Arabia but those all come with restrictions. Trump didnt announce this but i do expect it if the relocation and US take over happens. And in time when the world has gotten used to the new reality i expect Gaza minus the US base i expect will be turned over to Israel. We live in interesting, unprecedented and biblical times.
