Thank you @MBonilla1 @EdGainesIII @A4Horg for breaking the Great News from @texmed’s Big Win on TMA Lawsuit IV against @CMS @HHS @IRSnews @USDOL for corrupt rule making on the #Nosurpisesact. This win will restore the admin fee to $50. TMA is now 3-0 against the Tri Departments. More questions have to be asked of @SecBecerra on this Rule making process. Damages for Physicians harmed by this corrupt process need to be paid. #MedTwitter @ASALifeline @ASAMonitor @ASAGrassroots @TSAPhysicians
