This is not just an olecranon fracture. Radiocapitellar joint is subluxated. often missed in a child elbow especially when radial head not fully ossified. Draw a line in the center of radius, it should interest the center of capitellum if joint is well aligned. Should not miss!

Mild leg length discrepancy is common in children with unilateral clubfoot BUT it is never large enough to cause a limp in young age. If the child has a limp, look for something else. An unclassified variant of Tibial Hemimelia is shown below previously diagnosed as only clubfoot

Resilience of the growing skeleton still amazes me. See complete resolution of significant posteromedial bowing. I applaud the first person who didn’t get the “itch just to do something” and waited. Because of that person’s wisedome, countless kid are saved from surgery.

Arthrogrypotic clubfeet are hard to treat. Does the Ponseti casting work? Our paper looks at the largest series of these cases showing over 60% needing posteriormedial release. This is in contrast to earlier reports showing good outcome with casting.
