not a working reviewee pero buong april at may, I always wake up at 5 am and start the review at 6. Normal na gising ko talaga 7-8am, you just have to be consistent kahit mahirap at first.
Tip to working reviewees:
If possible, schedule your review first thing in the morning from 5 to 7 am para may energy pa physically and mentally. Mas madali mag-absorb ng concepts.
Sa simula ay mahirap, but if you do this for 2 weeks straight, it will become a habit.

yes! this is true. iba ang power ng maayos na body clock, yung may sapat na tulog sa gabi, gising sa umaga.
Since undergrad never ako nasalat sa tulog 😂Kaya siguro ako nakilala rin as productive, iba raw ba ang oras sa bulacan at ang dami kong nagagawa sa loob ng isang araw 😭
you need to adjust your sleeping schedule too. kasi if waking up early means sleeping less, mas nagiging unproductive tayo (i had to learn it the hard way)
