Many fans don’t really understand the relationship between the players and the “ball boys”. These Equipment managers are a little bit of everything. They do laundry, make sure the pads/helmets are in perfect shape, replace decals on helmets, load the trucks/planes on roadtrips, etc… But you’d be surprised how many of them know our offenses and defenses as well as the players…. These “ball boys” treat the EQ guys like their own. A perfect example was from the game last Saturday. I noticed that right after the TD, @katinhouser went over and gave a “5” to one of the @pirateequipment managers. Would love to know who this is. You can tell the players think highly of him. It’s about the little details.. Love how tight this team is! 🤟🏴☠️
