I really went from training from gym to gym and keeping all my basketballs in my trunk to having my own gym that I can call home. Dreams really do come true.

I’M COMING HOME
Received some BIG TIME news shortly after our meeting today. The final spot on our coaching staff was filled when Craig Nicholson agreed to come on board. Craig is a NW graduate who went on to have a great career at Ft Hays St. He is a huge addition to our program! @CN3Training.

Fort Hays beating K-state is a prime example of there is good basketball at every single level. That D1 or bust is so outdated. I know some dawgs that are at the D2 level rn and I know one that’s going to kill on that level the next 4 yrs and his name being @johnsonj4ck #CarryOn.

4 years ago today I started CN3TRAINING and the mission hasn’t changed one bit. The CN3 Family continues to grow and get better. If you ever gave me a shot to work with you or your kids. I’m extremely grateful for each and every one of y’all!!.

You throwing shade at wheat state cause we only practiced “6 times” and you guys practiced “20 times” but when we played y’all this past weekend you couldn’t even score over 20 points 😂😩😭. Wheat State is treating our players just fine over here. I promise 😂.

I love the off-season grind it separates the goods from the greats. Who is actually getting in the gym and getting purposeful work in and who is going to the gym wasting their time for a couple of hours. Coaches tend to find out pretty quick in November though 🤷🏽♂️.
