Big news in Ohio: New Lt. Gov Jim Tressel
BREAKING: @GovMikeDeWine appoints @JimTressel5 as his new lieutenant governor. Tressel is the current President of Youngstown State former OSU football coach. Tressel will serve for the next 2 years. This comes after he appointed @JonHusted to the U.S. Senate back in January.

@dbessner well state capacity is a thing, and has been for a long time, I think about that a lot -- honestly, EO's in are often just press releases, but are treated like fiat all too often by pres+pols... people haven't been noticing imperial presidency if they are this late to the game
