@ClearThinker66 @fionaMetca @Roddy_Neilson I can assure you I don’t have a high ego… I am speaking of data around self assessments of knowledge. Most people do in fact know more than ever at the point of ccst but experience trumps that. The impact of gestalt is huge

@fionaMetca @Roddy_Neilson Actually the Kruging Dunner effect has been tested in registrars just as they become consultants..: I can attest, you know everything when you become a consultant. More knowledge than any others… yet… experience cannot be replicated

@Roddy_Neilson Medical unemployment is a huge problem. I’m not denying that. PAs aren’t doctors. I find great value in so many related disciplines. This is another. PAs are another string to the bow. Under resourcing of medicine is entirely separate. Let’s not take our eyes off that problem..
