Great news: You now have until February 28th to apply for the Low Income Tax Freeze!
Urgent Action Needed: CLS encourages low-income homeowners to apply for the Low-Income Tax Freeze before the January 31st deadline. The program freezes a low-income homeowner's tax bill at the 2024 amount so the bill will not increase even as the property value does.
