Fantastic F.A.S.T class this morning @InverclydeL. It was v tough at times 😅 & felt like giving up but encouragement from a brilliant coach @RhysMccole ensured I kept going💪🏻. Glad I stuck it out. Highly recommend you give it a try. I’m definitely going back. #retirementgoals
