As a 45 year old with no kids I have no regrets. My biological clock never ticked and I knew from the time I was 23 that I didn’t want kids. But it is different for everyone.
I will say I have a friend that had her daughter at 40 and another who adopted at the same age.

I was literally flying to a concert in Los Angeles one time when it got canceled. Found out when I touched down.
Did I throw a fit? No. I was upset (luckily they rescheduled), but I changed my plans and had fun in the city.
