His high pitch voice is most likely due to malnutrition which causes sarcopenia which is a “involuntary loss of skeletal muscle mass and strength”
One of the symptoms is men with raising of pitch (as shown in the picture) as well as decreased vocal loudness which also ties to him

Regarding the “transgender” comments and qrts even if he was transgender he would still be malnourished and kind of going along with the sarcopenia theory females would normally drop an octave. I’m not saying that I hate the trans headcanon at all, because I love trans Kenny—

But this is just what I’ve researched, and in no way am I suggesting you should stop with trans Kenny, because n o one’s entitled to tell you what to like or what not to like. but this was also a tread regarding the fact if he was a cis male. Hope this clears everything up.

Also yes I know he’s not voiced by Matt nor Trey.. I just thought it was an interesting detail. Matt stone and Trey Parker voice most of the cast even hooded Kenny, so why would they need to change voice actors, just something to think about
