Only 6% of people who know who #AndrewTate is have a positive view of him, but in young males it is 80%! This is a gross misalignment with the general adult world; it's roles, norms and expectations. And all done by social media. What can parents and teachers do?

@finding_hope_2 What is your favourite breathing technique? My go to for calming is 4,5,8 breathing (in, hold, out). I don't like the apps that want you to look at a screen to do it as that limits where and when you can do it.
