I note a number of "MeToo backlash" references, predator comments, "creeper" concerns, and relationship observations. Another is, women who have concentrated on their careers over personal/family, finally realize they "missed something". Most men avoid that person...

I find the politicization disturbing. 54 pages of jury instructions is excessive. Recent cases in NY indicate there is little actual justice in NY. Another case, the NY judge specifically excluded the Constitutionality of arguments.

First thing I did after we moved into our home was replace ALL the screws on hinges and lock plates and latches with 3-1/2" deck screws. Eventually the framing will give way, but you have to beat on it to get through. 3-1/2" might be too long, you would have to try them.

International law stipulates you must obey the laws of the country you are in.

Exercising a right should not require justification or explanation. As long as my exercising said right does not infringe upon your rights.
The necessity is immaterial. The right to own firearms is enshrined in our Constitution under the Bill of Rights. I possess one for personal reasons, including self-defense. However, others own them for diverse reasons. It is not incumbent upon me or anyone else to justify
