@nyaamari Adding on “tough love” is just a cover term for abuse in raising children that bad parents use once their older. Real tough love is being brutally honest with someone you care about not forcing someone to listen to your views while you’re in a position of power.

@kittykatrina21 @koruraclub This is the reason why bad customer service is baffling. If you do something nice instead of being a dick , you’ll have 1. A loyal customer and 2. Free advertising. For example even if you didn’t have a huge following you’d still tell your friends and shit.
