I have enough confirmation now to believe that food assistance has restarted in Ethiopia, at least for now. If there is war, aid will not scale up to meet the increased need, it will likely stop.
My understanding is that food distribution is stopped in #Tigray. 🚨 At the end of 2024, most of the food was going to people who were currently displaced. If there is fighting in Tigray it will displace more civilians who will have no access to food aid. 1/3
