Anyone else find it odd that no one from the from the Bulls organization has confirmed that Tristian Thompson is in fact signing with the team?? Just me?
For once, just once, I would like to see a player come to the Bulls and thrive here where people say “oh wow, looks like [insert former team] was holding him back, the Bulls are getting the best out of him. Rather than it always being the other way around
Derrick Jones Jr. tonight:
20 PTS
7 REB
1 STL
2 BLK
6/6 2PT
2/5 3PT
DJJ is best known for his dunks, but he’s carved out a really nice career; at 26 years old he’s an 8-year NBA pro having his best season yet, averaging 9.7 PPG on 65% TS as a starter for the 9-3 Mavs.

And after that impromptu film session, here’s Coby White’s breakdown of what he learned from that pass to Vooch that resulted in a turnover: “I gotta slow down. I feel like I was too frantic.”
Friendly reminder that Zach LaVine is not able to get the 5 year $212M max if done via a sign and trade. There is this misconception that Zach can still get his 5 year max on another team by simply demanding a S&T. The ONLY team that can sign him for the 5 year max is the Bulls
If this is actually true (which is doubtful). The Bulls should be doing everything in their power to get both of these guys if all it’s going to take is a couple picks. Throw in Coby White and waive and stretch Tony Bradley.
I know it’s still technically early, but I don’t see the Bulls coming back from this. Too deep in the standings, not enough heart, they look mentally checked out. I think this team is done. Can’t believe I’m saying that in December
The Bulls season is almost over, it’s been a heck of ride, but now a new season begins for me, dad season. You guys know I love making content on YouTube, but family is my priority. Content on the channel will slow a bit, but I’ll be cheering on the
@chicagobulls
the whole way!
Bulls fans acting like this is a shot at Chicago. He’s 100% right and most of us would do the same thing in his situation. He wanted to play, have a bigger role to showcase what he can do to get a more lucrative deal beyond this season
Derrick Jones Jr: “I could have accepted my player option in Chicago... I just decided to bet on myself and took less money to come here but the money wasn't the problem… wanted to have the opportunity to be on the floor and showcase what I'm able to do and it happened for me.”
At what point do we start putting some serious blame on Billy Donovan for this team? And I mean that more from the media who always give him a pass. Yes, we know the fit on the team is terrible, but they should not be THIS bad. They’re worse than some the rebuilding teams trying
This is the difference between Coby and some of the guys on the roster, who shall remain nameless, he takes accountability for his play and doesn’t try and throw it back on the team
I’m really gonna miss Demar, such a professional, showed up well on and off the court. It was time though. Bulls getting something in return and not taking on bad contracts is a win
Free agent wing Javonte Green is finalizing a one-year deal with the New Orleans Pelicans, per league sources. Strong addition for Pelicans' depth as Green averaged 12.2 points in 25.6 minutes per night across nine games to close last season with the Bulls.
As frustrated as Bulls fans have been with Lauri Markkanen, I still think he has potential and hope he does well in CLE. I wish him nothing but the best on this next chapter.
After that horrible loss against the Celtics and the difficult schedule ahead of them, I would not have imagined in my wildest dreams the Bulls go 8-3 over their next 11 games
I get to see the Bulls play live tonight for the first time since 2019. The starting line-up from that game:
Zach Lavine
Lauri Markkanen
Chandler Hutchison
Tomas Satoransky
Wendell Carter Jr.
Head coach: Jim Boylen
.....Yeah, safe to say this will be a better game to watch
Chicago Bulls G Coby White’s MRI revealed a mild hip strain, sources tell ESPN. White - a Most Improved Player candidate — has averaged 19.7 points and 5.2 assists and could return to lineup as soon as Saturday vs. Wizards.
Hold up, the Celtics are getting Porzingis AND two first round picks….and all they had to give up was Marcus Smart. At the rate, maybe the Bulls should look to trade Caruso
What a game for Andre Drummond.....love that he always stays ready to play and will play with effort no matter the role he's given......hate to say it....but uhhh...this was good for his overall trade value
On a career-high scoring night Coby White spent most of postgame highlighting the contributions of his teammates.
“I don’t really look at it like, ‘Oh, me and Deebo was doing this and that.’ I look at it as we got a good, solid team win.”
A possible trade between the Bulls and Jazz:
• Bulls
Jordan Clarkson
John Collins
• Jazz
Zach LaVine
Ayo Dosunmu
Chicago and Utah have reportedly held trade discussions. If the Jazz have genuine interest in LaVine, the door is wide open for both sides to reach an agreement.
The best part of seeing the Bucks collapse like that and lose the series in 5 games, was seeing Grayson Allen not realizing how much time was on the clock and failing to get a shot off before the horn 😂
Honestly, this couldn’t have gone better for the Bulls when consider where Buzelis was expected to land on most mock draft boards and his overall upside. There was talk of them looking to trade UP to get him. Instead they get him at 11 and helps push the direction for a rebuild
As of right now, the Bulls have an 8.3% chance of landing the
#1
pick in the draft, and a 5% chance of making the Playoffs…..I repeat, the Bulls have a HIGHER chance of getting the
#1
pick than making the playoffs with 17 games left in the season.

INJURY UPDATE: Jimmy Butler (right MCL sprain) and Terry Rozier (neck) have both been ruled out of tomorrow night’s play-in game vs the Bulls.
But….they didn’t have to do this. They could have kept him on the two way deal and still have him play on the team for the final stretch run for added bodies. This now puts them at 15 guys on the roster and out of the buyout market. I’m very confused
The Chicago Bulls are converting two-way F/G Onuralp Bitim to a standard multiyear NBA deal, sources tell
@TheAthletic
@Stadium
. Bitim has averaged 14.2 points and 43.3 percent 3-point shooting for Bulls' Windy City G League affiliate.
