Not exactly invertober today- as a compromise between that and my own plans I'd made for october, I'm drawing my own invert-inspired OC! This is my very first bug boy OC I made back in high school, Vasilli the paper wasp! Better known as Vas. I have big plans for him, someday...

#Invertober day 8: The hammerhead worm! I haven't fully planned out how worms function anatomically in my setting. They'd like nagas... but with less bones. So, wheelchairs are a big help with getting around. #invertober2024

#Invertober day 7: Ruby tailed wasp! A cuckoo-type parasite. Whenever I get one of these types of bugs, I think of the horror of being a sapient parasite. Not asking to be born, not realizing what you've done to your 'siblings' until it's too late to take it back. #Invertober2024

CW Blood #Invertober 5: The Greater Bee Fly! TIL bee flies are parasites to bees. They lay their eggs in the nests of bees, and when they hatch they'll eat the bee larva. In my setting, these sorts of species would be the basis of changeling-like horror stories. #Invertober2024
