Give this time under tension set a try! 2 reps with a slow tempo, 5 reps regular tempo, 2 reps slow tempo, & 5 reps regular tempo. 3-4 sets of this and your legs will explode!

Do you care what you wear to the gym? Or do you just throw on whatever? For me, looking good helps me feel good, so if I dress like a slob it makes me feel like one. If I’m all cleaned and dressed up, I feel energized and eager to do something productive.

After my surgery earlier this year I was the smallest I have been in a long time. I'll tell you one thing, this comeback wasn't easy. I had to FIGHT HARD! And, it was worth it!

My rotator cuff started to flare up after the next exercise. Crazy how it can kill your workout mid pump...finished the workout light doing single arm isometric exercises. Can’t wait until my body is 100% so I can put the pedal to the metal!

I have really been enjoying the motion on this machine. The top end tension is great for the quads, and the stretch and range of motion hits the glute and ham tie in nicely.

If you train in the evening, have more fat at breakfast, such as eggs and avocado. For lunch, up your carbs a bit with chicken and baked sweet potato fries & a salad. For dinner, keep the protein and carbs up with a meal such as shrimp & veggies, plus 1/2 cup of brown rice.

If you train early in the day, have a breakfast and lunch that are carb and protein based, such as low fat Greek yogurt with berries or grilled chicken with sweet potato. For dinner, choose foods that are higher in protein & fat, such as salmon with veggies, nuts, and fruit.
