Today is the beginning of CHD Awareness Week. I am a CHD survivor. I am 1 in 100. I am a heart warrior, and I have the scars to prove it. Congenital heart disease affects 1 in every 100 at birth. If you know someone who is a heart warrior. Give them a shout out. #CHDawareness
