@beingmyrelis I’ve been struggling so bad with my fitness journey, it’s affecting all aspects of my life. I went from 405 to 288, now back up to 370. It’s been rough but ima tap back in🏋🏾♂️. Either way, posts/things like this keep me grounded, thank you man 🙏🏾.

@TeezySooSkep I was pretty cognizant of lingering smells & allat. Most of my neighbors did not trip but I used to be paranoid about the police & allat, (that came from my square-ass mom). Opening a window/a plethora of ideas to kill smells is a great way to be a cool neighbor 🤙🏾.
