Design and Technology staff, working with the engineering department of Swansea University are busy using the school’s 3D printers to manufacture protective visors for the NHS. 👏🏻

The D&T department of Bryngwyn School, working in conjuction with the Engineering department in Swansea University and other partners have now managed to supply the NHS with 2000 face visors. Production will continue. A fantastic achievement!

🇬🇧 BRITISH CHAMPION 🇬🇧 Darcy C competed in Sheffield last weekend, running 3 consecutive PB’s on the way to the final and winning the 300m indoor title 🥇 Her winning time sees her go back to number 1 in the UK for that event this year, and 6th on the all time list for U17’s 🌟

The ICT/Computer Science department run an after school coding club every Thurs 2.50pm-3.50pm starting this week in J2. We are starting learning to program in a language called Visual Basic used in the GCSE Computer Science course. No previous knowledge necessary. All welcome
