@dnsshoes Imo face will ALWAYS perform better because you can use your body language and facial expressions to help convey excitement and emotion on top of the proper tonality. With faceless all you have is tonality.

Day 12 Day 9 no weed: I feel fantastic and mental clarity is there. I feel like it was one of my main triggers with ADHD. Weight: 271.3: LBS are finally coming off! I’m in a Cal deficit at 2200 +- 100 daily and my stomach is shrinking. We start BJJ next week, nervous AF but the gym is already familiar due to my kids being in it for a year!

@BowTiedTikTok This is a good question, unfortunately I don’t have a good answer for it. But it would make sense that warming them up with lives vs videos won’t make a difference. Lives will optimize after 2weeks of whatever product you’re going live with anyway.

Day 11 8 days no weed. Hard to imagine for me but we’re making progress. Noticed a big difference in productivity. Weight: 272 Eating healthy is now becoming a craving. I ran out of fruit lastnight and I have been excited to go to the store all day for it. Gamifying life.
