Since bill filing began last week, NC lawmakers have put forward 133 measures. Here are 10 of the ones I think folks should be watching--> #ncpol

@EvaLee4NC The case will really come down to 5,509 military/overseas votes who followed rules in place at time of election that exempted them from having to provide a photo ID. These 60K+ voters are a separate category of protest and are widely seen as Griffin's weakest legal argument.

@qc_cin @JamesMama651590 Not the case. For the 30,860 others, there would need to be more of an individualized county-level manual review. And there's a whole host of reasons why they may not have showed up on the database the NCGOP received from NCSBE in response to its records request.

@JamesMama651590 The story breaks this all down. 31,167 of 62,027 potentially challenged voters either provided their SSN's or driver's license #'s when they registered or attested that they didn't have either form of ID. The remaining folks would require a deeper county-level data review.

@TheShawnHendrix I appreciate it! If you ever have anything you’re seeing in western NC that isn’t getting its due, don’t be a stranger! DM’s open and email and Substack info is in bio.

Statement out now from NCGOP: "We are confident this decision will be appealed and we will continue to support Judge Griffin in his pursuit of election integrity." #ncpol

Your friendly reminder of how awful NC eCourts system is: No automation today, no functionality on Google Chrome and no ability to navigate to “My Cases” section on any web browser. Just one reporter hopelessly refreshing a string of pages in different tabs all afternoon. #ncpol
