These basketball weekends can be exhausting w/ long hours, driving back/forth, not eating during the day, etc. Shout out to all coaches, operators, & directors that dedicate their time for kids to get an opportunity to be seen. Can be a thankless job but it doesn't go unnoticed.

Covid is real. Hasn't changed from a year ago. We are just more comfortable with it. That doesn't mean to be careless. Wear a mask. Get vaccinated. But don't think your invincible because you are vaccinated. Think of others. Not everyone has the health to handle covid. Be safe.

Coaches, please keep in mind that when players make their commitment, it's not personal. They build relationships that they care about. Process is hard for them. Once they decide, the hardest thing is telling coaches their decision. Don't burn a bridge. Never know down the 🛣.

Real coaches don't want their relationships to be transactional but transformational. Understand what that really means. The best know coaching is beyond winning, Xs & Os, etc. Relationships matter. Good people matter.

What can I say about this kid! She's a 27 that played up on 16s & started on the biggest stage. We needed her to play all 32 minutes, and she did that! Hit timely jumpers, non-stop motor, & handled pressure well on the big stage. The kid is elite! #2027Class #EYG⏫️

Best sounds I will ever hear was when he cried for the 1st time.❤ had dropped to low 70s. Umbilical cord was wrapped around his neck. It took time for him to take 1st breathe. Life is too short. No need for hate. Appreciate your loved ones & show love for those that show hate.

Our @EElite16U3SSB lost in the semi-finals by 1 in the @adidas3SSB 🏆. Blew a huge lead. I know how good this team is and love each one of them. I hurt for these kids because they played their hearts out there! These kids are gamers and will be back. So proud of them! ⏫️

What impact are U having in the game? Are U getting rebs, assists, stls, scoring w/ efficiency? Or chucking the ball 20 times for 10 pts & 5 Tos?. It's not about how many minutes U get but the productivity within your minutes that matters. Be efficient. Quality over quantity.

Student athletes have so many resources, benefits, opportunities, etc, in college. Don't take that for granted. The doors are open to build relationships & really set you up for life. Use your sport to jumpstart your career that will be beyond your sport. Relationships are 🔑.

2020 W @Brijohns4 was easily one of the best shooters and most consistent players in July! Averaged 5 3s a game and has unlimited range! Also showed her post game and fadeaway shot from inside. Knows how to score on all 3 levels!

My dog has been dealing with a tumor for quite some time. He wasnt supposed to make it this long. Finally able to get surgery today. There's a chance he might not make it but his quality of life is important. He's been a fighter all his life. Maximus was always a fitting name.

2025 6'4 w/ a guard skillset. Can score on all levels. Long frame that can defend all positions. Not many have her body + skillset in the country. 40+ offers & not ranked in her class. Players don't get caught up with awards, rankings, etc. If your good colleges will find you.

Had a chance to go to UVA on Friday for a visit & catch a practice. Loved the fast-paced practice of @UVAWomensHoops! @UVACoachMox has them playing fast and with a lot of energy. Can see why the hype is real. The coaching staff brings it & the culture is being built.

Hes speaking the truth. Some don't want to be coached. And it's evident with the portal. Having demands and holding your kids to high standards should be expected. It's not every player but a lot don't want to be coached hard. The ones that do are special. Different mentality.

Everyone's process is different. Focus on your path and stop worrying about how many offers others have. At the end of the day, a player can only commit to one school. Go to the school that wants you & stop worrying about the amount of offers. Everything happens for a reason.

Win or lose its about how U compete on the floor. Colleges don't care about score. They want to see how U handle adversity. How do U respond in a close game or after a missed shot. Do U box out or dive on the floor?. Are you gonna help them win at the next level. 🐕 mentality.
