All the shine staff were so nice and kind. The experience was 100% the venues fault. Really hope people aren’t blaming the staff or shine for the negative experiences
Just pointing this out there now, 99% of all the problems people have associated with Shine 2022 (and Shine 2019 too) are associated with the DCU Center and the Holiday Inn, not Shine staff or its organizers and partners.
Don't harass Shine staff for things not in their control.
