Thread: You’re allowed to express your feelings and thoughts - in a kind way. I don’t have to feel sorry for you for being cruel to me. I am allowed to never want to talk to you again. To say no more. To walk away. Why? Like Kendrick Lamar Said in Mirror - I choose me, I’m sorry. And that doesn’t make you a narcissist - it makes you a powerful person who decided to break the cycle. I love me despite what you say or do. And I’m allowed to dislike you. Because I could never respect you. Why? You had it all and thew it away. And you hate me because now you have to face the consequences. But I care enough to let you experience the pain. It’s the only hope that - you’ll actually be a decent person. And that’s what means when we say, l love myself enough to walk away. Otherwise, known as boundaries.

I value direct honesty. Everything else seems like fear, disrespect and lack of character. If we can’t say no, we aren’t ready to say yes. And when we don’t say no we open ourselves up to situations, lack of clarity and a relationship with poor boundaries.
@BrittanyBegley Rejection can be implicit or explicit, but I personally feel like the implicit kind hurts more. To me, it feels more violent – that’s the kind without any words, the kind that thrives on indifference and silence.

Women shift into their masculine energy when they don’t feel safe, insecure or fear rejection. Reassurance helps with this, but only after an attempt for connection is made from a space of security and confidence.

When we live in the spirit of rejection we are denying ourselves the opportunity to experience authentic healthy love. Why would you do that to yourself? Why do you feel that’s all you deserve? What pain have you not set with, that makes you actively choose rejection over love? Who are you allowing in your life that treats you like an option? Why can’t you see how beautiful you are? How amazing your heart is. You have to burn this energy from the root. Or your heart will never grow.
