This might be the worst post to try to bring logic into, but here goes anyway—life isn’t over after 40 for women or men. If you think your best years are only in your 20s and 30s, I genuinely feel sorry for you. Confidence, experience, emotional stability, self-care, and fitness all make a huge difference in attracting and maintaining great relationships. We’re aging better than ever, and there’s something to be said for being past the chaos and insecurity of youth. If you think 40+ means fading into obscurity, maybe it’s time to rethink your outlook—because plenty of people are thriving.
