Judy Chicago’s been a badass from the word go. I’m fascinated by her deep dives into specific media—auto body painting in ‘64, pyrotechnics ‘68-74, china painting ‘71, tapestry weaving ‘78. I reviewed a succinct retrospective of her work @ORJewishMuseum

@jerrysaltz I try to avoid it - its integrity is 17 million times compromised (I wish I cared enough to get a metric for number of users) - but I go on IG, which is like sanctimoniously going on a diet then sneaking oreos in the middle of the night

A brilliant thing in this @PDXArtMuseum exhibition that I didn't get to mention in my preview is how *stunning* the period wallpaper that the exhibition designers used on the gallery walls. Go, see, and be immersed in the lusciousness #art #findesiecle

@touchofallright Also, just going there. As in, trying things and exploring because it seemed interesting. Getting there first was the name of the game. And those nonsense posters on bar walls and in bookstores and the postcards in NYC bathrooms

@PBOTinfo You need to shut down SW 21st road from Burnside to Salmon. We’re watching trucks and cars get stuck on it

@RepBentz Brave of your republican colleagues to stand up for principle and precedent in response to sedition and in the face of threats. Isn’t your job as a congressman to check the power of the executive when it oversteps? What, then, constitutes overstepping, in your opinion?
