@O2 I emailed them yesterday and got the automated response just saying it can take 28 days

@O2 I've emailed the complaints team and no additional contracts have been added to the account since I upgraded this number in September

@O2 Yes I have multiple contracts and the store advisor didn't know what to do and advise me to write to complaints as this is a breach of t&c
