Life has gotten a lot cooler since we found out I’m not dying. That dark cloud being gone had Kim and I weeping in each other’s arms on the trail a few days ago, just at a random moment after summiting Panther Mtn. We have tomorrow together, I can’t tell you how cool that is.

I couldn’t agree more. I experience the same thing in YMCA locker rooms these days, men are super-bashful of their bodies and actively hide themselves. Some men, like me, just go about their business, shower, steam, and dress without concern for what others might see.

Not rocket science here, but naturists posting photos of themselves making coffee or videos of walking in the woods isn’t exhibitionism, it’s daily life shared with friends of like mind. We stick close because the general public can’t get this basic concept…we’re normal people.

Who determined that thin people with sculpted abs were perfect? Honestly, that’s not a healthy body type, it means you’re not getting enough calories. Kim and I climb mountains at speed, kayak for miles at a good pace, sail without electric winches, and we’re not skinny people.🤔

We tried to sail, but as usual, the wind stopped the second we got on the river, so we motor sailed up to Athens, turned around in front of the lighthouse, and headed back nice and slow. We’ve decided to sell our sailboat and buy a small cabin cruiser. There’s not enough wind!

Yesterday’s fun on the river. We got hung up on some shoaling while leaving the mouth of Catskill Creek when a large powerboat blasted down the river and it’s wake waves shoved us over onto the sandbar. We just spend the afternoon splashing and dancing waiting for the tide.
