@JingCai_1 @sarah_stern I dissolve the powder in ethanol, aliquot and keep it at -80 (stable for months but check for recrystalization). But day of the experiment, I add oil and evaporate out the ethanol. That last step is the part that needs to be fresh

Proposed consolidation of NIH Institutes and Centers. One large “Neuroscience and Brain” institute, with separate institutes for dementia, substance used and mental health.
Consolidation is a bit odd. Why is brain and neuro not just wrapped up with NIMH?
