@BradleyMehl It’s 10 working days since this debacle started. Eish! And no-one is working on a Friday before a long weekend. Earliest this will be sorted is next Tuesday. Terrible.

I hate to take to social media for complaints or rants, but how does one get @OUTsurance client services to call one back? I've left numerous messages over the past few days, escalated and left messages for the manager without any luck. Any ideas?
