This was *supposed* to be Once Per Character. We're investigating what went wrong, and if we can fix that for live.
New giveaway for @trekonlinegame players on PC! (I'm assuming Console will get it with an update closer to mid-February). According to @maramakessto, this is a one-time claim, so choose the character for it wisely!

Event Campaign VII progress *is* now counting, and has been retroactively added if you did the current Event while it was miscounting as Event Campaign VI. Thanks, @trekonlinegame and @BorticusCryptic !

Some overly aggressive removal of those backups was the culprit behind this particular bug. Which will be fixed in the build that is currently scheduled for next Tuesday.

Answering this one that I've seen folks asking: There will be a Ship Bundle that releases shortly after the Anniversary. We haven't announced it yet because it is not dropping the same date as the Anniversary Episode / Event. But we WILL announce it. With style!
