Pigeon update! My buddy made it through the night and I brought them to a rehab group this morning. They’ll be mending the wing and caring for my little friend now. They told me they’d send me updates on healing progress 💕Here’s to a speedy recovery!

Out on my walk today I rescued an injured pigeon with a broken wing from the side of the road. I couldn’t just leave the baby alone in the freezing cold 💔Hoping to hear back from wildlife rehab tomorrow

Ambulance ride in October from passing out/seizure like activity, $600+ with insurance (would have been billed +$1,000 without) on top of ER bill which is another couple hundred. Healthcare prices in the US are horrible. Don’t even get me started on prescriptions
