3 weeks ago we banned screens from my 2 y/old This week we majorly reduced his sugar intake The behavior changes have been dramatic. Less tantrums, eats more, more pleasant to be around. Can't imagine what this poison is doing to adults. Including me.

Took the 23andMe test. Discovered I'm homozygous for the MTHFR genes This explained headaches, low energy/motivation, general grouchiness Started supping TMG, Methyl B Vitmns, and minrls. It's been an absolute game changer If you don't feel awesome most of time, look in to it!

Now here's how you tie it all together: -Mon-Weds-Fri Strength Training -Everyday of the week fasted walking for 45min first thing in the morning. -Eat 30% of your calories from protein --Getting atleast .7g/lb of bodyweight Do that weekly and you'll see progress. Guaranteed.

[Lipolysis + Oxidation] Achieve a calorie deficit by eating less and getting off your ass daily. -10k+ steps per day will do the trick. --But, don't stunt your muscle gainz with too much cardio. Keep it easy. My secret? Daily fasted walking. First thing in the morning.
