Reverse-Grip E-Z Bar Curls are one of the best exercises for simultaneously growing the biceps and forearms. The overhand grip places positive stress on the forearms while also targeting the outside muscles of the biceps. I like to perform 3-4 sets and 15 reps 💪🏾 #bodybuilding

The V-handle Pulldown is one of my favorite exercises for overall back development AND pulling strength. The unique grip allows for deeper stretches and contractions at the top and the bottom of the movement. I like to perform 4-6 sets with a 10-15 rep range. #bodybuilding
