I have buddies further south in Corona del Mar. They concur with your citation of existing water sources. The issue is that alternative sources such as those from the western Sierras should be available when needed to supplement any deficiencies. We have the technology to make that happen in emergencies. It is a falsity that many hydrants were empty? Sincere question. Not a provocation. I have no dog in this fight. I have no need to be right or validated. I genuinely seek truth. Seems ungraspable these days. I pray for hope and healing for you and your community. The devastation appears so overwhelming.
