Spent the day health maxxing in an infra red sauna (charcoal detox). Then an hour long swim in our cold pool Hiking post brunch with Howl 🐶 Spa heaven with a full head + body massage. Finally to the beach to watch the sunset and wait for bae.. Won at life. Unequivocally.
